Australian Press Council says Mark Knight’s controversial cartoon of Serena Williams is not racist



A controversial cartoon published in the Herald Sun newspaper that depicted Serena Williams acting out when she lost the U.S. Open final to Naomi Osaka is now being deemed not racist by the Australian Press Council.
